Custom Order Guidelines

14-Day Advance Notice: All custom, personalized, branded, themed, and made-to-order treats require a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice. Orders and requested completion dates are subject to confirmation and production availability.

Artwork & Customization: Please email all required artwork, logos, names, colors, and customization details to Bri@bstsweets.com promptly after ordering. For printed images or logos, PDF files are preferred. Delays in receiving artwork or information may delay your order.

Payment: Payment is required before production begins. Purchase orders are accepted only with prior approval.

Pickup: Orders are available for pickup at Bri's Sweet Treats inside Worcester Public Market. Please use our back entrance at 220 Harding Street, Worcester, MA 01604, where free 15-minute parking is available. Pickup arrangements will be confirmed once your order is ready.

Shipping & Delivery: Shipping availability depends on the product. Certain fragile or oversized creations are pickup only. Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

Storage: Store chocolates and candy in a cool, dry location, away from heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze unless instructed otherwise.

Holiday Orders: Holiday ordering deadlines may be earlier depending on seasonal demand. Please order early.
